Been sitting on 30k for 3 years now. What to do

Basically when covid hit I pulled mostly everything out.

I put a little back in in the fall of 2021 and then pulled out again when russia invaded Ukraine

To be honest, I still have like 20k invested in things like vanguard, oil, and apple but I have another 30k that’s been sitting in my savings for pretty much the past 3 years. I know this is probably foolish but to be honest I’m not much of a risk taker, and have had a lot of doubts about the direction of the economy in the last few years.
