Which EFT’s would you recommend someone who is 42 years old and have 18 yers untill retirement?

I am doing my reaserch regarding investing.I started alittle bit late exploring investing.
I am 42 years old so i dont have a time like lets say 25 years old.So i am looking for advice frome more expirienced investors especially regarding ETF’ as regarding i dividual stocks i need more learning tbd.Regarding the ETf’s what do you think what king of ETF would you recommend me that might “work” for 20 ish year period i was thinking about growth indexes based on the Nasdaq index its something i am considering buy mabye you would have some better advice if you can Thank you!
