I know stuff like utilities will be good in a recession but I'm not sure if high interest rates will hurt them too. Right now I am sure we're headed into a recession. I want to buy some stocks right now but I'm afraid stocks will go down much more soon. So I want to put a little in some stocks that will do well in recession and high interest rate environment. Any suggestions?
