All the news I see about the MOEX is negative, but the performance says otherwise.
The MOEX has risen 30% YTD and most of the stocks that make up the MOEX are also up YTD.
Other than the Russia-Ukraine Conflict is there any reason that people should be bearish on the MOEX?
