When do I see the other half of a 1:2 split in my brokerage account

Very new to stocks, I bought NVO a couple of weeks ago. Saw that ADRs were undergoing a split today, so I check my account and lo and behold I lost half the money invested. Does the other half show up? If not, woe is me.
