What happens to a stock when a company delists from the stock exchange?

So I have shares in a company that's gonna delist from the stock exchange,Bought the share at $30 and the company is offering a exit price of $60 per share .They say it's voluntary.What should I do ,do I sell or hold,what happens when a company delisted from stock exchange.
