Different types of QQQ and are fractional shares possible to invest in

Hi! Investing using SaxoBank, starting this month for the first time.

1. There are different types of QQQs; EFT, CFD, Investco, ProShares, TQQQ???

I have about 50 dollars a month to put into a QQQ every month, which one would be best?

1. I would like to diverse another 50 into 2 or 3 stocks, I've decided on Microsoft, Amazon and FedEx. These stocks cost a lot per share, I also invest about 50 dollars a month in other ways, where you can buy a fraction of the thing, can the same be done regarding stocks)shares investment? (Buying fractional shares)

i also invest/save 50 dollars in a funds account for short term savings like for rainy day etc
