I currently have some shares in GigaCloud Technology $GCT which I’m up over 200% on.
They’ve recently reached a Stalking-Horse deal to acquire Noble House Home Furnishing’s assets which caused the stock price to go down by over 25% in the last few days.
What would be the reason for this?
