What platform in Australia supports small cap NYSE buying ?

I’ve been looking at a stock that’s small cap called ticker Axla and I’ve been wanting to buy for a while now but I’m unable to find a platform that supports buying small cap NYSE stocks for Australians. Does anyone have any knowledge of an app or platform I can use ? Thanks
