How are Macroaxis valuation upsides calculated?

I made a free account on Macroaxis and entered 2 stocks and checked out the valuation according to Macroaxis. I'm not going to name the stocks because they are penny stocks but that does not change the fundamentals of the question. One is a technology stock, one is a biotech stock. They both trade for under 20 cents. They both have a downside of $0 according to the valuation model, which is understandable as penny stocks are high rise high reward. My question is how does Macroaxis calculate their valuation models ? Do they actually account for catalysts ? Do they account for balance sheet? The moat of a company? The technology stock has a valuation of $6.19 and the biotech stock has a valuation of $10.45. That's an upside of just over 10,300% on the technology stock and an upside of 14,900% on the biotech stock.
