Started investing in 2020…


I kept daytrading out of FOMO and I recently sold the rest of my lost long positions I got into stocks such as memes and the Chinese EV stocks now I’m down out 95% roughly 25k and I’m in my early 20s.
I finally learned a big lesson and left everything I had left in ETFs and haven’t looked at the market in the longest time since 2020. But I’m taking big mental toll. Any help how to handle it positively? I feel setback pretty hard ):
