Selling short against the box between a Traditional IRA and a brokerage

Would the following situation be selling short against the box?

Imagine I held a security in my IRA, and I bought a short of that security in a brokerage account. Then the security falls in price. I then sell the security inside my IRA and then close out the gain in my brokerage. Would this constitute selling short against the box?
