Where to invest to FIRE in 10 years?

As title suggests;
I am looking to FIRE in 10-12 years while saving between 8k and 12k per month.
Starting with a balance of 250k.

I am a VANGUARD diehard so I like ?
VTSAX, VOO and VTI but admittely favor VTSAX.

Curious where you would all put your money as you look to invest after tax money over a 10plus year horizon?

I am also curious about VGT, the Vanguard Technology ETF. I know I know, it is not as diversified but the returns are yummy.
