European stock to buy

I have a 100% S&P500 portfolio.

Due to Italian strange tax regulations, I won’t pay any taxes on capital gain on stocks for the next 3 years.

Since I will pay every single order, I do not want to pick many different stocks, but 2 or 3, to sell in the next 3 year.

Since I already have SeP500, I would like to pick a UE Stock.

Since I am a booglehead, I don’t know how to pick single stocks and I would be happy to hear your advices.
