Hello, I'm sort of new to stocks (doing for 7 months) and I just been putting money into Voo for the whole time, never occurred to me what a ETF really is, is a ETF where someone is controlling my money that I had put into a stock? Like if they wanted to they could sell my stock in a panic? Or is that something else? I'm currently doing more research on a private annuity like Farm Burial
