So, about two years ago, I threw money into fin tech stocks and got burned because I bought at their high and they have really plummeted since I bought them

It’s sad because I do still think these companies have upside, but I just bought and they were really hyped up.
I’m down about $15,000
At this point, I’m assuming holding is my only course of action?
