Who in their right mind owns this stock Powertap Hydrogen Capital Corp. (MOTNF)?

Hello,

Powertap Hydrogen Capital Corp. is a venture capital firm specializing in investments in early stage, buyouts.

Powertap Hydrogen Capital Corp. (MOTNF) is an anomaly in stock valuations from what I am reading. It's valued at $4 billion somehow yet it is full of red flags on prima vista:

0 revenue for 3 years and it actually increases it's spending!

Hilarious 12 million assets

Less than 1 million in cash!

I know Rivian's valuation was also insane, but at least it had cash and assets. (was valued to $70 billion while having 0 revenue 😀 – EV hype bubble's perfect example)

The description of the company is that it's involved in all kind of investments, but if this is true why it's missing from the balance sheet? How one could make venture capital level investments with less than 1 million of cash? Somehow the stock price was 5% up in Friday…

Are all of the stockowners bag holders with the most massive bags one could imagine? I must be missing something here. Usually venture capital firms are private. If this one is not sharing ANY assets/profits/dividends/cash with it's public shareholders why is it publicly traded and why would anyone put their money in it, let alone $4 billion? Shouldn't this type of investing be done via private equity ownership?

I found that it has a subsidiary PowerTap Hydrogen Fueling Corp, but this isn't helping as the subsidiary isn't traded public.
