Ive been trading using techncial analysis for a little over a year now and the results have been mixed, I mainly use 2 basic patterns/trends, uptrend with pullbacks, downtrend with pullbacks, and the trading off earnings losers where stocks that are significantly beat down typically are overreactions from the market. I learned all of this from Ziptrader coupled with my own findings from trading over time. And even after several modfications to my strategy, the results have been mixed, with most of my trades being validated out (candlestick going under the 9ma line) and being forced to sell at a slight loss. With some large wins, overall break even. Iv always had this dout that my trading strategy is fundemnetally flawed, and that for me to be profitable, I have to implement fundemental aspects to my trading strategy. The problem is I have no idea where to start from. Since really, almost nobody is going to teach you their profitable trading strategy cause if everyone knows it then it wouldn't work, especially fundemental analysis. Im not asking anyone to provide their strategies on a silver platter, caue I know that I need to develip my own trading strategy, but I need to know what types of approaches there are and what resources that I can get started with.
