gonna start cumulating etfs, should I start now?

I have plenty of individual stocks but I feel I need to start some index etfs like VTI VOO etc.
I will get some free cash tomorrow but recent hike makes me reluctant to start now… I heard time in market beats timing but NOW?
I need some advice 🙁 should I wait or not? I will hold it for 25+years tho.
