Is now the time to DCA into TLT?

First of all, I am an idiot. But second, isn’t this the time to start allocating some funds to TLT, since these high rates are not going to stay this high for more than a few years? Now, again, I don’t fully understand bonds and don’t know the history of Fed behaviors, but I would appreciate y’all’s input. Thanks!
