Keep RSUs in UK or Spain?

Hi there, hope you are well!

I have some RSUs linked to my British contract with my British company. I will shortly move to a Spanish contract with the same company, and I'm being asked if I want to keep the RSU in UK or bring them to Spain.

I'd like to understand what are the factors to take into account and if anyone has any insight or recommendation.
