What would you buy for a short-term medium risk profit expectation right now? Would you sell your most disappointing stock to buy that?

I started investing a couple of months ago and a little confused at the current situation. I am in no position to add cash this month to my portfolio so I am thinking changing one of my stocks to another or to an ETF.

I have ABBV at a -15% loss and the expectations seem to be more struggle for a year or two in the future. I am thinking of selling ABBV to buy another stock. For motivational purposes, a short-term medium-risk profit buy would be best for me.

What would you recommend me to buy in that case? Or selling ABBV at a loss right now is not a good move even for the short-term goals?
