Best time of the day/week to buy?

Yes I know forums are a no-no for learning, but I value your knowledge and taking the time to answer.

I know if there was a clear cut answer to this we would all be rich, but is there anytime (ET) you have noticed that a stock typically drops price?

I’m new and only working with cheaper stocks to learn. It’s not selling that I lose, but those extra dollars that add up on the buy that could be maximizing my profit.

I MUST learn from my mistakes and take note of my successes.
