Trying to find an etf comprised of only top 10 market caps

So far have only discovered XLG and PTNQ, but even they don’t fully fit the criteria.

XLG makes up the top 50 companies by market cap, while PTNQ makes up the top 100 companies by market cap.

Also, would appreciate if all advise includes only index ETFs.
