This is how dark pools break the stock market. Where is the SEC? What exactly does FINRA do when faced with buy and sell actions like this?

FINRA = To protect investors and ensure the market's integrity, FINRA—the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority—is a government-authorized not-for-profit organization that oversees U.S. broker-dealers. We work every day to ensure that everyone can participate in the market with confidence.

Clearly FINRA is not upholding it's mission statement.

I have a small dividend stock position in SCLX that was awarded to me, so any price point is in the green for me. This kind of trading behavior is making a mockery of the market.
