I was scanning the earnings calendar on Seeking Alpha and was looking at SMTC.
They are showing short interest at 12,789.07%, how is this possible? I’m not aware of any RSs that would make it such an insane short %. Does anyone know why it’s displaying this way and what actual short interest is?
Disclaimer: I do not own this stock; I am considering making a play on it if it’s truly shorted by over 12k %.
