As someone who’s new to the subject of stocks, what’s the best way to learn how to do it right?

I'm very new to the idea of stock trading, but I keep coming back to the thought of wanting to learn, and to then give it a shot.

Going through this sub, makes me feel like there's much more to learn than I initially imagined.
I would still like to learn though, but have no idea where, or how to “start small”.

So how do I go about this?

Any resources that can teach me very simplified (like I'm 5), would be much appreciated.
