Why does STWD reit have a higher profit margin than its operating margin?

From finviz, I see that it’s operating ratio is 15.3% yet it’s profit margin is 37.5%. This is not usual for most businesses, right? Like, does it mean they earned a lot more from non-operating profit, which is why their net profit is higher than their operating ratio?
