Currently being offered an investment opportunity into Stripe and Databricks pre-IPO. What do you guys think?

I'm being offered the opportunity to invest in Stripe and Databricks pre-IPO. Currently they have some big names (e.g. SpaceX) and it seems like a pretty interesting market to explore.

Thought about doing 200k-100k in Stripe and 100k in Databricks.
