20 yr old with a thousand dollars to invest. Looking for exponential growth to save for some med school costs.

Got some extra money from a summer internship and I’m looking to invest some money for med school. Any recommendations? Already have some money in my Roth IRA.

Also looking for any general recommendations. I will be making a good amount of money from internships these next few year.
