Microsoft acquisition of Activison (how does this work for etfs)

I have an etf that has activison in it. With the EU approving the deal for Microsoft to own it,what happens to the shares in the etf? Is it a direct payout since I’m an owner? Do the shares become Microsoft? Or does the fund just get a lump sum from the buyout?
