Expi just released Q1 2023 results:
Revenue decreased 16% to $850.6 million.
Gross profit decreased 12% to $73.1 million.
Earnings per diluted share of $0.01 compared to earnings per diluted share of $0.06 in the year ago quarter. Generated $39 ml of operating cash flow. However, Real estate transaction volume decreased 20% to $33.2 billion.
These numbers look negative to me but share price closed higher yesterday by 13.49% at $12.96.
In Q4 2022 EPS was minus $0.05 while Q1 2023 EPS is positive $0.01.
Is this a turnaround or just a one time increase?
