Is this stock for real or is it a big hype?

AMPX – Amprius Technologies, Inc.
This company sells high energy lithium batteries. Share price at $9.4 as of today. Revenue is $4 ml but EBITDA minus 16 ml. Its price to sales at staggering 136. They have agreements with defence department and BAE. 81% of shares are owned by insiders. I can’t see why this share price is too high. Am I missing something here?
