Hello everyone, I found a deceased family member has some unclaimed stock in a company that is defunct. It was merged into Sinosite and then that was apparently merged into Sygenta. From my understanding sometimes defunct stocks can potentially have value if they were part of a merger (but generally seem to be worthless outside of collectors).
Is it worth pursuing the unclaimed stock..? (involves going back through quite a bit of paperwork, wills, death certificate etc)
Thank you!
