Why do people generally trade at the price of a companies perceived/intrinsic value? Moreover, why should stock prices be tied to the company's intrinsic value? What is the point in trading around the price of the intrinsic value?
(Forgive me, I'm a noob and I've tried Googling this but I'm not getting it)
