Will the development of Asia, Africa, and South America make the stock values in their totality, go up in the future?

Combine that 1) stock values go up when more people buy stocks, and 2) more people buy stocks when they are aware of it and can afford it, which will be correlated with how developed they are (people in some random pisspoor village aint buying stocks), can we expect a large upward trend of the stockmarket as a whole in the next decades?
