Can someone explain mergers please? Looking at WWE and Endeavor stock
With the merger of WWE and Endeavor and potentially having WWE and UFC merged into its own entity, is anyone able to explain how this works? I saw both WWE and Endeavor stock is down today, if I was a believer in these companies – which one would I want to buy due to the merger? Thanks in advance!
