Pretty much as title says, I’m just looking for someone to explain why Gold is ripping to ATHs while interest rates are this high?
It doesn’t make sense to me in that gold should be a hedge against inflation, which rates are as well, so why are investors flocking to gold when they can just purchase US Treasuries??
I’m really unsure where this is going but thinking about getting some shares of IAU and if anyone has any other plays for Gold feel free to share
