FDA has a deadline to approve Narcan over the counter (made by EBS) by Wednesday (3/29). FDA advisory board has unanimously recommended moving forward with approval. This will make EBS first to market for Narcan availability over the counter. Markets are waking up to this today as EBS closed +9.38% at the end of trading and is currently at +9.37% after hours.
