Long term investing advice

Hey guys, just got a job at 23 years old and I want to start my investing journey. For reference, I’m from a country in the Middle East (this is relevant because I pay no taxes) and I set up an international account with my bank so I can access the American stock market. I don’t have to pay capital gains tax but I will end up paying Uncle Sam 30% of my dividends from stocks per year. Currently my thought is to do 40% VOO 40% SCHD 20% QQQ. Is it reasonable to expect 12-15% per year on a portfolio like this long term? I’m planning on investing 40% of my salary, save 30%, live off 30% and reinvest the dividends. Would appreciate any advice you guys have for a newbie!
