Curious about metrics

Hi, long time listener/ first time caller….

There is a thread earlier talking about a stock in relation to p/e and there was a serious debate about what role p/e has in evaluating your portfolios.

So as I am still somewhat new this, curious as to what metrics and analytics you all pay most attention to when evaluating a stock.
