I'm wondering if this sub can give me some feedback on if my company is allowed to do what they are doing. Currently a 2020 RSU grant given to a majority of employees has been “suspended” by the company. Meaning we won't be getting our shares we agreed to receive on the vest date. They sent an email about this the day before vest.
For some additional information the company was recently delisted but still trading OTC.
