Semiconductor ETF (europe)

I want to allocate a small % of my portfolio into a semi conductor etf and i came across these 2:

1. VanEck Semiconductor UCITS ETF – ticker: VVSM
2. iShares MSCI Global Semiconductors UCITS ETF – ticker: SEC0

Both got same TER and the major difference is in the number of holdings.
