I know it’s cliché, but please remember this…

“Time in the market beats timing the market.”

A little disclaimer first: I didn’t start investing until April of 2021, so this is my first bear market. Did I overpay for a few stocks? Likely. Am I worried about my stocks? I’d be lying if I said no completely. Am I going to panic sell? Definitely not.

I’m trusting that I picked solid companies whose prices can recover. I could be wrong on a few of them, but they’re all money-making machines (except SOFI, but that’s my only higher-risk play), so their chances of bouncing back are higher than debt-strapped businesses. When the bear market turns bull again, however long it takes, all will be well.
