starting an outbound department for a broker company


I am starting an outbound department idea in a stock and trading broker company from scratch in the arab, it's a mere idea starting with 2 people we'll call people in gulf countries and try to convince them to invest starting with small amount in a trading platform and guide them all the way without taking a penny from them/ our commission will be 50% of their earnings from the broker himself .
I'm trying to gather all pros and cons for the project we're already outbound agent so we know exactly how to handle call flow and we're more eligible than anyone.
What do u think about the idea ? I find it as a good promising idea even if the convergence is around 1% . And the audience are normal people tbh we have gathered a 11k data of random mixed up people.
All it takes is a virtual phone service for outbound and human resources and computer that's all .
