Pltr continues to expand its government contract business, now moving outside the strict defense space. This contract allows the state dept to buy up to $99m in software to assist with monitoring and responding to health crisis.
The dollars are still not huge compared to market cap, and palantir obviously still has a ways to go. But this is an interesting contract that shows their utility outside of just the defense space
