Currently SHY ETF (iShares 1-3y treasury bond ETF) has a dividend yield of 1.64%. However, 2 year treasury yield is 4.86% atm.
What's the difference between them? If I understood correctly, treasury bond ETF is made of treasury bonds, so the dividend yield should be similar to the treasury yield..
Sorry if it is a stupid question. Have a nice day.
