Where can I read about how to properly evaluate companies and analyze earnings reports?

As the title says, just looking for good educational sources on where I can learn more about what quarterly reports, SEC filings, and in-depth valuations?

I don't mind spending the time learning this properly so well-written books are preferable to 5min YouTube videos.
