Is Innovative Industrial Properties, Inc. (IIPR) a buy right now?
For those who don’t know IIPR is the leading provider of real estate for the regulated cannabis industry in the United States.
They specialize in the “acquisition, ownership, and management of specialized industrial properties leased to state-licensed operators for their regulated state-licensed cannabis facilities.”
They’ve been on the decline for a while now but with Cannabis becoming legalized in more states and cannabis usage increasing is it possible that they will see an increase in the future?
