Problem with Fidelity


Hello all, I know this is a reach but hoping to find someone that can help me. Last Feb-March I had fraud on my account. Despite the amount of $$ in my account Fidelity not have two factor authentication enabled and someone was able to get in and trade in my account, basically tanking my portfolios. There was like 77 trades in a few weeks. Fidelity still has not replenished the funds and I have jumped through all their hoops. Every time I call it's a 45 min debacle which I don't have time for weekly. Also I should note I had this account for 15 years, great long term history. Do I get a lawyer, any advice?

Seriously exhausted.
